1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Sol 5111 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Sol 5111 provides custom automation development, hosting, and maintenance services. This includes but is not limited to: custom script development, AI email support agents, chatbot deployment, cloud server hosting, and ongoing technical support. The specific scope of services will be defined in your service agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Our standard pricing consists of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription. Payment is due as follows:
Setup Fee: Due upon project commencement, before development begins.
Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly in advance. The first month begins when your automation goes live.
All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
4. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted automation services. This excludes scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated in advance when possible.
Our monitoring systems will alert us to issues automatically. If manual intervention is required, we will address it as part of your subscription at no additional cost.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information necessary for us to build and maintain your automation.
Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access you provide to us.
Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Notify us promptly of any changes to your requirements or third-party services that may affect your automation.
6. Intellectual Property
Custom scripts and automation developed specifically for you remain your property. However, we retain the right to reuse general techniques, frameworks, and non-client-specific code in other projects. We will never share your proprietary business logic or data with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sol 5111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Upon cancellation, your automation will be shut down and data will be retained for 30 days. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted unless you request a data export.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
